Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return after use.
